It is so difficult to break a habit when it is ingrained in what we do. That’s why hypnotherapy is an effective way to overcome it. It addresses your automatic behaviours and both conscious and unconscious thoughts.
 
Every habit is different so I will explore your habit in depth so that the treatment process is tailored to your individual needs. I will teach you practical strategies, self-hypnosis techniques to help you to overcome any urges to engage in the habit again.
Breaking a Habit
For breaking a habit I would usually recommend three session but you also have the option to have a one off longer session which includes a free maintenance session within a year if you need it. Contact me to find out whether this is the right option for you.
